Jobsite Hazard Scan

Walk the site, take photos or a short video, and get a hazard report for any industry — in the language you choose.

Automated aid only — not an official OSHA/MSHA inspection. A competent person must verify every finding. Don't film people's faces or private documents.
Quick guide — narrate, check, review, download
  1. 1

    Record a narrated video

Walk the site and film with your phone while you talk — point out what you see, like “open trench, about six feet deep.” Then tap Add short video on this page to upload it. Photos work too, but the video's voice becomes your notes.

  2. 2

    Check the transcript

While the video reads, you'll see “Listening to your video…” Then check the Spoken walkthrough notes box: what you said is written there. Fix any wrong words — the notes go into the report.

  3. 3

    Review each hazard

Tap Scan for hazards, then read the report. For every hazard choose Confirm, Correct (with a note on what's really there) or Dismiss. Add your name as reviewer, check the attestation box, and tap Mark reviewed — ready to submit.

  4. 4

    Download the PDF

Tap PDF at the top of the report. Before sign-off it prints as DRAFT with a signature line; after review it prints as REVIEWED with your name and date — ready to share with your boss. Your scans stay saved under My saved scans.

Example — what to say while you walk

English

“North side of the site. Trench along the east wall, about six feet deep, no shoring or slope. Dirt pile two feet from the edge. A worker steps into the trench with no ladder nearby. Extension cord crossing the walkway by the panel. End of walk.”

Name the area, say what you see and how big it is, one thing at a time. Skip people's names and faces.

Pick the report language under the notes box — the report can be written in any language you choose.

Talk while you film — what you say is written here automatically. Check and fix it before scanning.
