If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers courses, company seats, training sessions, consulting and bid payments.

How to request a refund

Card, PayPal and Venmo online payments are processed by PayPal. To request a refund, email Tyler with your invoice number and we will refund you through PayPal (or the way you paid).

After a refund

When a course is refunded, access to it ends and any certificate issued for it is no longer valid.
